We know it’s not the easist thing and can even be scary if you are traveling abroad where your native language isn’t widely spoken. Here’s a few safety tips from Travellog.ph: Teach your kids how to identify a Policeman, Park staff or Hotel staff and make sure that they are wearing a slim belt bag or a necklace ID containing: 1. Contact information of parents/relatives/closest friend(s) abroad and back home 2. Photocopy of Child and Parent(s) Passport 3. Hotel information 4. Flight information 5. Some cash and/or Transportation Card 6. A way to tell authorities how to entertain or feed your child during the waiting period — we would include favourite food, milk brand, Youtube shows 7. Any information about blood type, allergies or medical condition 8. A personal note for your child reminding him how much you love him and that you are doing your best to be reunited 💕 You could save above information in a Word document and update accordingly for each time you travel with the kids. Each day before setting out, remember to give them this and then take a photo of your child to take note of the clothes he or she is wearing. That way, it would be easier for you also to inform authorities what he or she would look like and spot him easier amidst the crowd. Lastly, pray for protection and always keep an eye on the little ones! Travellog wishes you safe and happy travels!
